Twelve things we'll never do.

Each pledge below is the inverse of a complaint that has appeared, in public, against another company in this market. We wrote them down because contracts beat intentions. If we ever break one, you can hold us to this page.

We neverrequire a contract longer than month-to-month.
No annual lock-ins. No 60-day cancellation windows. You can leave today.

We nevercharge a fee to export your data.
Clients, appointments, transactions — ZIP + CSV + JSON, downloaded in one click.

We nevercharge you after you cancel.
One-click cancel removes your card from file in the same screen.

We neverhold your funds in payout without a written reason and an SLA.
Same-day payouts. If we delay, you get an SLA credit automatically.

We nevertake a commission on your clients.
Your clients are yours. We don't run a marketplace that competes with you.

We neverhide pricing or quote-only any plan.
Every plan, every add-on, every region — published on the pricing page.

We neverauto-renew without explicit consent.
Annual plans renew only after you confirm. Default is month-to-month.

We neverforce-migrate you to a new version without 6 months of parallel running.
Major rewrites run side-by-side until you choose to switch.

We neverhide phone support behind a paid tier.
Phone, chat and email on every plan — including the free one.

We neverraise your price mid-contract without 90 days notice and the right to lock at the old price.
Price-lock guarantee in writing. If we hike, you can stay on your current rate for 12 more months.

We neverpublish your business in a competitor-facing marketplace.
Your booking page lives on your domain. We are not a directory.

We neverdisable your account because a card declined without 14 days of payment recovery attempts.

If we ever break a pledge

Email [email protected] with a screenshot. If we agree we broke it, you get three months free and we publish the incident on our public status page. If we disagree, we'll tell you why in writing, in plain language, within 7 days.
